Debbie Dickinson, Esq.
Co-Founder | CEODebbie is an experienced Harvard Law benefits attorney, Wharton Business School alumna and Lecturer, as well as a serial entrepreneur. Debbie, a former J&J Benefits executive, has expertise in direct sales and ecommerce. As a perimenopausal woman battling hot flashes, she envisioned a smart tech solution. She is passionate about women's health, wellness and rebranding menopause as a natural and empowering phase of life. She is also an advocate, speaker, author, change agent and happily married mom of four.

Markea Dickinson
Co-Founder | COOMarkea has operations expertise through working at Unilever in various end-to-end supply chain roles, including a Production Manager in a manufacturing facility for 2 years. She worked in consumer goods for 4.5 years prior to pursuing her MBA at Yale School of Management. After recognizing the vast amount of use cases in socializing Thermaband’s vision, in addition to her personal struggle with anemia and cold sensitivity, she welcomed the opportunity to launch an equitable solution for women to navigate thermal discomfort.

Steven Lawson
Head of EngineeringWell rounded engineering leader with experience leading small to mid-size cross disciplinary(6-60) teams in mobile, social, and home entertainment areas including B2B and B2C.

Mugdha Patil
Machine Learning Lead Co-opMugdha is a Computer Science graduate student at Clemson, specializing in Data Science and Machine Learning. She leads Thermaband's ML/AI creation and execution, data science, natural language processing, and data analytics.

Dr. Roderic I. Pettigrew
Senior Biomedical AdvisorDr. Pettigrew is an internationally renowned physician, engineer and physicist who is the founding director of the NIH National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering. He current serves as CEO of Engineering Health at Texas A&M, and oversees Thermaband's consumer study in preparation for clinical trials.

Dr. Mary Jane Minkin
Senior Medical AdvisorDr. Minkin (Madame Ovary) is a nationally recognized Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialist with over nearly 50 years of experience. As a North American Menopause Society certified menopause practitioner, she provides ongoing women's health expertise in advising Thermaband's product development.
